well well well...i'm still sufferin from Post-Prom syndromes...so i'm using wat little of my energy left to complete this post...
oh yeah...and mummy didn't noe i booked a mercedes cab...tried 4 times...twice with comfort and once with citycab,...all say no cab...then lucky tibs got one...but by the time that cab came....it's 1842 with little chance of being punctual cuz i gotta fetch lebron and john...the latter is the last time in cchms guy...well...here's a little twist first...this driver actually stopped at the left and i saw the cab...as it's the only mercedes cab there...and it took 8 mins to turn to the right...braving awesome traffic conditions...well compensated by good sense of direction though...cuz he noe how to go there...and john thought it was at MERITUS Mandarin...when in fact it was MARINA Mandarin...well saved by Xiang Long...lebron dunno it wasn't in aircon so he wore a beige tuxedo...while me got a Caserini from my dad that looked like...those batik shirts Indonesian Chinese businessmen wore to functions...john looked middle of the road with a tie...oh ya rueben with huiyi so he didn't hitch a ride on 1728...total bill went to $22.40...$8 limo booking fee $1 peak period...$13.40 taxi fare
and then wait downstairs for rueben until 1930...sihan came in a dark suit with another finely embroidered shirt and...a snake bling...which brings to mind the fact that i forgot my dragon bling...oof...ah but then it'd be a fashion disaster if i wear like this...so we went up to the pool garden...which looked as if it could be converted to a CS map...fy_pool_day...and then really no aircon one...lucky it wasn't ontop as it's the roof that's ontop...and photo shooting starts now...what's obvious is that it isn't like those traditional prom nite in those ballroom one...since only 149 came(highest attendance from DL,HM and IT,nearly no one from JT and RP) it's more like zoukout...wait...not this la...velvet underground or some private gig...fortunately though,the atmosphere just about compensated the lack of aircon as the atmosphere is just so superb...especially when there isn't the bad weather so expected and deraded of in the december periods.being a cool night though,it added to the cool atmosphere
ok as you would a disco,not much food...but a lot of drinks...we know,all the little teasers and all the stylishly served drinks...duh no alcohol...so they looked as if they were at the bar...lua tsao siah liao when he opening....so py and jus cheer him up...sang Are You gonna nbe my girl...nearly deafened girls...of those who came...guys are in long sleeves...wait...justin and lua excluded...girls came in black..or shades of it,...val the exception with a sexy pink number,van with a slightly longer gown,and obviously EP girls wore a lot of black...except DX's stead...and rachie wore a stunning black+pink dress...too bad dun haf RQ...oh yeah and who'd forgets shortie and XY and all the rest
then 2030 was Electrico's time to rock Marina...hahax...Germaine would haf been envious...erm wait...ALL...cuz thanks to lua...they came and performed until 2222...deafening though...had to retire to the back seat to drink some coke before continuing...well they definitely served drinks with panache...all in glasses one...and dancing with the camera was a stunt which might anger my dad..who juz decided to lend me at the 11th hour 59th min...songlist includes their singles I Want U and Runaway,some song from The Darkness' whose name i dun remember...and the Franz Ferdinand song...which diehard jamie Yeo fans who listened to Say It With Music that October night would remember cuz i sent a PM to her...a dedication actually and she read it out,...and the best part? a slow song...look what u've done by Jet...dance number which allowed me a legal excuse to dance with rachie...since she dun realli noe how to dance...me was calling all the shots while asking gabriel to take a photo of me and rachie dancing so as to get maxi controversy coverage...and the moment came when Electrico starts posing for pics with fans and i got an autograph...since i misplaced my prom ticket stub i took a piece of paper from the DJ's notebook and ask them to sign...okok...many of ya would haf been very envious by then...and then...i'd scan this pic for u...which adds to the jealousy
oh yeah...prom queen,prom couple and prom king are all official awards...and gabriel realli hosted it well lor...girls strut their stuff like those vain cats...ze,clara tan,jeanvyin,van tan and erica...clara won in the end...and then guys part...rayner,dom,dickson,haojun and (wengseng?) all ended up spellin CCHMS with their butt after a lot of controversial ideas...and then wat about couples...jes and xianglong,dick and jingting,jacq and ian,DX and jeanvyin and ?? and ??...amid calls to include the homo couple me and zhehao...told them even lua would turn in his grave...sumthin like that...and ignore liao...dance and dance and oh yeah...ian and dick share the spoilz...as for the prizes...vouchers...and the top prize of the Sony MP3 player(sumthin like that...) goes to...Ze...but we have some unofficial awards here...not what gabriel thought out...but i'd haf supplemented him with some more guailan ideas

and all the phototaking continued until 0000...with guests filterin out of the venue and my cam's battery going...game over on 11.55pm...well...by then i was attepting to get a pic with justin...and the end was...no batt...as for my haul...it's 88 pics...quite auspicious number...and 49 of which made me look like...flirt...lua's mantle is ready for my investment...and well we'll try to upload them by a few daes time...before i go...here's what happened after midnite
