安域夜韵

CO concert.actually I prefer this to RJ concert, just a prob.the programme's entirely in chinese!and they seem to get their definitions ALL wrong...so how?blog in chinese...i damn showoff la

骏马奔腾- the recurring theme is horses.what happens as such is that it's a sterling start to the night

山丹丹开花红艳艳 -more mellow but still as grandiose

秋湖月夜 -your equivalent of a poem,in song.just that it's a noisy night, not a quiet night i'd have imagined.at least the flutist would have made a passable substitute for rit.he's one of a kind...and by way of the flute solo, they ended up throwing a mantle on the wispy sound of the flute

伊犁风情 -granted i'm transported to xinjiang where that unmistakable uygur tune makes for something boppy

草原骑兵 -more soldiers, more horses.the sheng/portable pipe organs has this nasal quality that is quite refreshing

打枣 -nicodemus classmate wows everyone with a suona/bugle,detachable horn and his mouth.end of story...the rare times the audience clapped while a performance is still on...a big no-no actually but who cares?

查尔达斯舞曲 -instead of a hot-blooded hungarian gypsy tune it's something super delicate.the guys from china did this

龙腾虎跃 -rapid percussion rocks too...the guy on the big drum looks extremely cool, like your manga

北方民族生活素描 -that's 4 movements.horses again and they go classy.the first is majestic...i know i'm obsessed with horses.the second sounds more expansive concerto.the third is more or less a cleanser with stringy tunes, last one roxx, just like running amok with your hunt

梅花新调 -the beijing guests come up with...not surprisingly beijing opera tunes.

娄山关 -not your classic opera, but this operetta on stage must have wowed everyone

长城随想曲 -i'd have ran scot free with the concerto, but it's a bit downtempo except till the end

无人知晓的安可-now it's going somewhere else...but it's damn nice...
